Cinderella Project will be visiting each high school for Prom to help students find a dress or tux that is just right for them. Students may shop and try-on during lunch or after school. Parent or guardian permission is required. Forms are available in the main office. Our schedule and locations are listed below.

Kent Area PTSA Council is hosting an “Effective Budgets & Financial Strategies” presentation on next Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. For those who still need to meet that training requirement for this year, this would be a great opportunity to do so. The timing is perfect for this presentation as our local PTA’s should be thinking about working on their budgets for the coming year so they can be approved at an upcoming general membership meeting.

Help support the Fairwood Elementary PTSA by eating at Shakey’s on Tuesday, January 31st from 4:30pm – 7:30pm. 20% of all food purchases (beverages not included) will be donated to Fairwood Elementary PTSA. Place your receipt in fundraising container at the cash register so your 20% will count. Take-out orders count too!

The Cinderella Project is always accepting donations of new and gently used formal and semi-formal attire. We served a record number of students this fall for Homecoming and would like to make sure our racks are well stocked for Prom season. If your student has a dress, tux or suit that they won’t wear again or doesn’t fit, please consider donating it.
