What We Do
The Cinderella Project is a service of the Kent Area Council PTSA and is run by volunteers. We lend formal and semi-formal dresses and tuxes to Kent School District students at no cost. Our collection is normally housed at Kent Phoenix Academy but we take our collection of 800+ dresses on the road to visit each high school twice a year before Homecoming and Prom. We plan to be at each school 2-3 weeks before your formal event with shopping hours during lunch and after school. You must have a signed permission form to check out any formal wear.
Formal Wear Donations
We are always accepting new and gently used dresses and tuxes. Donations may be left at the main office of any Kent high school or the Kent Phoenix Academy. For more information or to get involved email email@example.com
*** We currently have a high need for young men’s suit jackets, pants, dress shirts, and tuxes. ***

Dry Cleaning Services
Special thanks to everyone who makes this happen. We are very thankful for Kent School District Distribution Services for transporting our MANY racks of dresses and tuxes all over town and back. We can’t operate without our awesome volunteers who make it possible to open our doors for students. Thank you!!
No student under the age of 18 may check out formal wear without a parent/guardian signature. You may pick up a form in the main office of your school or get one here: permission form.
